We launched this service as a direct response to our client's requests to help control costs, manage systems in a more proactive way, and convert large historical data into actionable and prioritized issues.
FacilityoptiX integrates our ongoing commissioning with real time building system analytics. Moses Engineering has been providing new building commissioning, retro-commissioning, re-commissioning, and system assessments for nearly 40 years.
We can now do this by using continuous remote monitoring, visualizations, and cutting-edge analytics techniques. Our partnership with FacilityConneX was born out of what we saw as an opportunity to leverage our 30 years of commissioning experience to help our client’s supplement existing resources and to help them be more proactive in managing the high energy consumers of a facility (Mechanical and Electrical systems).
